Terms & Conditions

Reservations & Order Changes

1. Quotations are valid for 7 days from issue date. After this, they are automatically cancelled. Orders placed within the same week as the event, require immediate confirmation and payment.
2. New orders and any changes must be completed at least 5 working days before delivery.
3. No refunds apply in cases of cancellation or quantity reduction.
4. Quantity reductions are allowed up to 5 days before delivery, limited to 10% of the total order.
5. Additions requested within less than 5 days of the event, are accepted at the client’s risk. X.Z. Party Guide Ltd bears no responsibility for errors, damages or delays.

Payments

6. Orders under €300 + VAT, placed more than 2 weeks before the event, require full payment within seven (7) days to confirm.
7. Orders over €301 + VAT, placed more than 2 weeks before the event, require a 50% deposit, with full payment due 5 days before delivery.
8. Orders placed within 2 weeks of the event require immediate full prepayment, regardless of order value.

Delivery & Collection

9. Delivery times/dates may change based on availability. Accessible truck access is required. Stairs, long distances, difficult access areas, or out-of-hours services incur extra charges.
10. Out-of-hours collections are chargeable and added to the quotation. Chargeable hours: 20:00 – 06:00 (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
11. Same-day pick-up is available for an additional fee, subject to availability and prior booking.

Responsibility for Equipment

13. All items are subject to availability.
14. Damages or losses may incur additional charges after the event.

Rental Period & Set-Up

15. Prices are for one-day, single-use events. Set-up services are available at an additional cost (some items excluded).
16. Rental periods are as stated in the order and may be extended only by mutual written agreement, with daily rates applying.
